I’ll be honest…
When I first heard about alternatives to cable, I didn’t rush out and try anything.
I’ve seen enough over the years to know:
👉 if something sounds too good, it usually is
So I waited.
🔍 Why I Started Looking Anyway
Eventually, the cable bill pushed me there.
Every month it felt like:
- a little higher
- a little less worth it
- a little more frustrating
At some point, I just thought:
“There has to be a simpler way to do this.”
🤔 What Made Me Finally Try It
What changed my mind wasn’t an ad.
It was seeing something actually working.
No complicated setup.
No confusion.
Just something simple that did what I needed.
That’s when I decided to give it a shot.
👍 What I Noticed Right Away
The first thing that stood out was how simple it was.
I didn’t need to:
- learn a bunch of new things
- mess with complicated settings
- call anyone for help
It just worked.
💡 Was It Perfect? No.
And I think that’s important to say.
It’s not perfect.
But compared to what I was dealing with before?

Since switching things up:
- I’m not dealing with the same monthly frustration
- Things feel simpler
- I actually enjoy using it
